About the association
The Virginia Trucking Association is the only statewide organization in Virginia dedicated solely to representing trucking fleet operators and allied vendors. VTA provides a coordinated industry voice on legislative and regulatory matters and supports members with safety programs, education, industry information, networking, and professional events. Its membership serves motor carriers and businesses that supply equipment, products, and services to commercial transportation companies. The association also works with public agencies and the national trucking federation on policies and programs affecting highway safety, workforce needs, compliance, and the efficient movement of freight throughout Virginia.
