About the association
The North Carolina Trucking Association represents motor carriers and allied businesses throughout North Carolina. NCTA focuses on advocacy, education, safety, and promotion of a sustainable trucking industry. It works with legislators and transportation and enforcement agencies on policies affecting commercial freight movement, while providing workshops, technical training, roundtables, conferences, industry information, and networking opportunities. The association also recognizes driver, technician, and fleet-safety performance and supports workforce awareness through its foundation. Membership is designed for transportation companies of varied sizes and the businesses that supply and serve them.
