About the association
The Minnesota Trucking Association has served as a statewide voice for Minnesota’s trucking industry since 1932. MTA focuses on safety, advocacy, and workforce development by influencing public policy, providing professional training, building recruitment programs, sharing operational guidance, and giving members opportunities to connect. Its membership includes for-hire carriers, private fleets, and allied companies that provide equipment and services to the industry. Programs include a safety council, leadership development, fleet and driver recognition, industry resources, health-plan access, educational events, and communications that support motor carriers and trucking professionals across Minnesota.
