About the association
The Maryland Motor Truck Association is a statewide, nonprofit, member-driven organization serving Maryland’s trucking industry. MMTA represents motor carriers and related businesses through advocacy, education, safety and compliance programs, industry information, professional events, and member services. The association provides a collective voice on legislative and regulatory matters affecting commercial transportation and offers resources intended to help members operate safely and successfully. Its membership includes trucking companies and allied organizations that supply equipment, services, and expertise to the industry. MMTA also maintains training and networking opportunities for transportation professionals throughout Maryland.
