About the association
The Colorado Motor Carriers Association is a statewide membership organization representing trucking companies and related businesses across Colorado. Established in 1939, CMCA provides technical assistance on compliance, regulation, and safety; education and training; member benefit programs; and a forum for addressing shared industry issues. Its programs include safety and maintenance councils, workforce and professional development activities, industry events, and resources for companies operating commercial vehicles. The association also participates in public-policy discussions and cooperative safety efforts, including programs addressing the challenges of commercial vehicle travel through Colorado’s mountain corridors.
