Directory Listing Upgrade Billing Terms
Paid directory upgrades automatically renew monthly or annually according to the billing option selected until canceled. Customers may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and the listing remains upgraded through that date.
Initial purchases may be eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days. Renewal payments are normally nonrefundable. Duplicate charges and billing errors may be reviewed at any time. If Truck Equipment Atlas cannot or declines to activate an upgrade, the customer will receive a full refund.
Paid upgrades are manually reviewed and are normally activated within two business days after successful payment and receipt of the required listing information.
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment up to eight times over approximately two weeks. The paid upgrade may remain active during that retry period. If payment remains unsuccessful and the subscription is canceled, Truck Equipment Atlas will manually return the listing to the appropriate free status.
Purchasing a paid directory upgrade does not purchase or guarantee listing ownership verification, Claimed status, TEA Verified status, favorable editorial coverage, search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or other business results.
Refunds, cancellations, activations and downgrades may require manual review. Tax treatment, when applicable, is determined separately and is not represented by the listing price alone.
TEA Industry Atlas Founding Industry Partner
$500 USD per year — eligibility and capacity review before enrollment. This is a paid Industry Atlas recognition program, separate from listing verification and sitewide sponsorship.
- An approved Founding Industry Partner recognition badge on the participating profile.
- An approved organization name and profile link, with its approved basic logo when available, in the Founding Partners section of the Industry Atlas overview.
- A recognition label on the association directory card. Ordinary directory results remain alphabetical.
No banner, gallery, automatic verification, search priority, content promotion, or sponsorship benefits are included. A free Standard listing, free claim, one approved basic logo, and separate free TEA factual verification remain available.
The first ten approved partners share one register across the entire Industry Atlas, not ten places per category. One organization occupies one place. Eligibility approval reserves capacity before a partner-specific checkout is issued. New enrollment ends when ten approved partners have joined or on December 31, 2027, whichever comes first. Reservations may temporarily make fewer places available. A place used by a joined partner is not resold to an eleventh partner after cancellation.
The $500 annual subscription renews each year until canceled. Cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or contact TEA before renewal. Existing partners may renew after the enrollment deadline without consuming another place. Recognition continues through the reviewed paid-through date when cancellation is scheduled for period end. When the paid term ends without an approved paid renewal, or TEA ends recognition after refund or payment review, the badge, overview entry, and directory label are removed. The free listing, approved free logo, claim status, and verification status remain separate and are not removed because payment ends.
Payment does not itself activate recognition or approve a logo. TEA reviews payment, eligibility, organization identity and public assets. Paid recognition normally begins within two business days after successful payment and required information. Initial purchases may qualify for a full refund requested within 14 calendar days; renewals are normally nonrefundable. Billing errors and duplicate payments remain reviewable. If TEA cannot activate the purchased recognition, a full refund is due. Failed payments enter private review; no unpaid renewal is represented as paid recognition. General Directory Listing Upgrade Billing Terms also apply.
